The International Trustee Fund of the Tsyolkovksy Moscow State Aviation Technological University is a public charity non-profit organization. All means received by the Fund accounts are being spent on the charity programs aimed at the University development, support of education all over the world using the modern methods developed in Russia and other contries, improvement of the world education process through integration of the advanced education and scientific schools available in the leading countries of the world. The Tsyolkovksy Moscow State Aviation Technological University is a leading institution and a major participant of Russian and International Programs being financed by the Fund.
