V. Program Contents. Phases and Time of Its Realization

         The International Program “Protection of the Earth Environment” consisting of twenty one sections, contains formed up main goals and tasks of its realization, exact projects and elaboration of some authors groups and organizations, information on ways, methods and technical means used for solution of raised tasks, as well as extension elaboration readiness and project value of its realization. In most projects scientific research and experimental constructional works have been completed and test prototypes have been made up and tested.
